Woody Durham, the longtime announcer for Tar Heel basketball and football games, recently shared with his fans that he has diagnosed with Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA). “Last winter, I was diagnosed with a neurocognitive disorder that affects my language expression,” Durham wrote in explaining why he would no longer do any public speaking.
